The 10/10/10 Wedding Weekend

The view from our window at A Beach Retreat
was glorious.
The week before the wedding we were able to relax
and enjoy the fantastic weather.

On Friday, gift bags were placed in each guest's room.   Friday night many of us went to Pelican Alley for dinner. Tom & Mary sat on the Intra Coastal waterway.

Inside, our family from Kansas City
enjoyed sitting together.
Andy, Kim and Emmy were among the first to arrive
at the Welcome Luncheon
at the Venetian Golf Club on Saturday.

Nancy, Susan, Mark, Cherie and Don had driven non-stop from St. Louis to be there.   The Terrace Room was full of family and friends.

After lunch, Mark & Michelle teamed up with us
for the Golf tournament.
Nelda and Dave played with Mark & Don.

Non-golfers had a chance to take a boat ride
captained by good friends, Noah and Paul.
High school friends, Eric & David, came for the big event.

On Saturday night, the Beach BBQ was a hit.   It was perfect weather with great food and drinks
under the palms.

Marilyn, Captain Paul, Nancy, Susan, Mark, Cherie, Don and Ross enjoyed a few Margaritas before dinner.   Tom, Mary, Linda and Steve - our St. Charles neighbors.

The wedding weekend was a perfect "10".   As the sun began to set, the games began.

Mike & Jim held the Limbo pole.   Ross demonstrated his hula moves for Barb.

The next day, the stylist came to the resort
to help Tiffany with her hair.
Just before the wedding, Tiffany & Carma prepared the vases for the sand ceremony.

Bride and Groom looked spectacular for their emotional ceremony on an incredibly beautiful day.

Both sets of parents were proud.   The whole family was there to support the Newlyweds.

After the beach ceremony, Paul & Vicki
welcomed everyone to the Cocktail Reception at the Venetian River Club..
The Classical Spanish guitarist played as guests strolled around the lawn and Mangrove boardwalk.
.

The Parkway crowd was elegant.   The Newlyweds and the new Inlaws.

Their first dance, a waltz, was both lovely and romantic.   The beautiful cheesecake was a big hit.

David's sisters, Wendy and Leslie, enjoyed the music.   David impressed Karen with his dance moves.

The Wedding Brunch at the Hilton in Clearwater was a nice chance to share the memories of the weekend.   After the brunch, Tiffany & David had fun
opening their gifts at their apartment.
